Being elegant, being singular... wearing Jimmy Choo shoes.

Jimmy Choo is a famous luxury brand, founded by Choo Yeang Keat, Malaysian Chinese fashion designer. It is known mainly for its shoes collection, thanks to Sex and City series.

Did you try Jimmy Choo shoes? Oh, yes I tried them.  Of course, I didn’t really believe that if I bought a pair of Jimmy Choo. But when I was in Jimmy Choo flagship in Milan, I could not avoid to buy it. I chose Anouk model  (see picture) and I didn’t even bother trying on any others.

They are beautiful, singular, and elegant but  it is important that you have to re-soled before wearing them. "Otherwise, it’s like going out in the rain without a coat", said my cobbler :).

For my daily online visual merchandising, I have combined Jimmy Choo shoes with clutch by Bottega Veneta, gold diamond earrings by Loree Rodkin, and Jimmy Choo bracelet.

 

No long skirt, no trendy!

The must of this summer is long skirt and if you want to be trendy and cool, go back to long skirts. All the fashion brands, luxury and not, have introduced in our summer collection a long skirt: Zara, Bershka, H&M, Mango, Cavalli and Missoni to name a few. You could find long skirts for all tastes and to make them more suited to your physique, just customize them with the right combinations. For example, I would show a pattern of pleated silk crepe de chine maxi skirt by TIBI (€450), matching with safari chambray shirt by MiH Jeans (€211.75), brass-plaque leather belt by Sophie Hulme (€140), crystal-embellished metallic leather flat sandals by Musa (€360), leather tote bag by Bottega veneta (€2.980), and sucre gold-plated, swarovski crystal and chrysolite necklace bu Bijoux Heart (€1.245).

Brooklyn monogram star-print leather sneakers by Gucci

Usually I don't put on sneakers but Brooklyn monogram star-print leather sneakers by Gucci (€415) have become my favourite shoes. It is punctuated by bold and zingy neon stars that you could matching with leather-trimmed printed iPhone 5 case by Gucci (€145), creating a light and bright aesthetic that is perfect for summer.
For today's fashion outfit, I have combined this Gucci's shoes and cover with Jovanna neon stretch-denim biker jacket by Karl Lagerfield (€299) and forever Karlie long-length skinny jeans by Frame Denim (€260).

It's a great way to inject that little bit of fluoro madness into your look without going all-out on the brightness.
