Fashionable women enjoy Brawfood bars as part of their healthy diet

Fashion and healthy food are an excellent combination. Fashionable women take care of their body and mind, eating healthy food, doing fitness, and reading a book.

Fashionable women does never forgot to bring with her healthy snack. You could find Brawfood bar in their bag. It is oat and fruit bar, 100% natural, gluten free, and no added sugar. It is very delicious and healthy. My preferred flavour is cocoa orange. 

When I made the outfit fashion of the day, I was eating strawberry Braw bar and it has inspired my design.

From a love, a business is born: Prada Group Spa.

Prada Group Spa was born in 2003, come from collaboration between Miuccia Prada, grand-daughter of Prada's owner, and Patrizio Bertelli, a Tuscan businessman. Initially Miuccia indicted Bertelli to imitate Prada's collection but during proceeding they fell in love. From their wedding Prada Group has been founded. Miuccia Prada Bianchi is Chairwoman and President and Patrizio Bertelli is Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director.

The history of this Group trace the origin of the beginning of the last century, when Mario Prada created Prada brand and opened a luxury store in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan, selling leather handbags, travelling trunks, leather accessories and beauty cases, luxury accessories and articles of value. In short period, Prada became the main brand of European aristocracy.

Later other store were opened all over the world such as New York, Madrid, London, Paris and Tokyo.

Meanwhile, Miuccia Prada thought to make a new luxury brand, designed for women who are particularly fashion-forward and interested in trendy and sophisticated fashion and lifestyle. Here's that born Miu Miu.

These brands are addressed for a elegant, chic and trendy women. Outfit of the day has composed by
décolleté  and bag by Prada (520€ and 1,200€), wallet and key case by Miu Miu (310€ and 145€).

Mirrored sunglasses: Have you got this?

New trend of this summer: mirrored sunglasses! They are sunglasses with a reflective optical coating. Initially used from policemen in USA, today they are fundamental accessory of fashion world. 

I would suggest mirrored sunglasses with semi-circular lens that covers both eyes and with a simple plastic frame, combined with short in denim by Rag e Bone jeans (€150), cotton blend fringed vest by Lisa Maree (€108.90), Guaraní printed bikini by Vix (€114.34, €120.70), and BB gradual face tan by James Read (€24.20).
