Sweet and blackberry flavour muffin: It is always a delights!!!

Dear readers,

Today, I  would to suggest a recipe for sweet and blackberry flavour muffin:


 Makes nine muffins
75g frozen blueberries
75g fresh blueberries
240g plain flour, plus a little extra
110g butter, softened
200g demerara sugar
1 egg, beaten
1tsp baking powder
1tsp bicarbonate of soda
½tsp salt (optional)
240ml buttermilk
Preheat the oven to 190C/gas mark 5 and line a muffin tin with nine papers. Toss the frozen blueberries with a little flour and put back in the freezer. Crush the fresh blueberries with a fork.
Beat the butter in a food mixer until it is very soft – about the consistency of mayonnaise. (You may need to warm the bowl in a pan of hot water first if your butter is still quite hard.)
Beat in the sugar, then the beaten egg, and mix until well combined. Stir in the mashed blueberries.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, and ½tsp salt if using, in a separate bowl and mix well.
Fold half these ingredients into the mix, then half the buttermilk, then the remaining flour and buttermilk. Fold in half the frozen blueberries and mix until just combined, but do not overwork.
Spoon into the prepared tin, dot the remaining frozen blueberries on top and bake for about 25-30 minutes until risen and golden. Allow to cool slightly before serving, but these don't keep well, so don't wait too long!

You could cook this muffin with chocolate (dark or white), oats, limon ... It was always a delights!!!

Yahoo's employees come back in office

Yahoo chief bans working from home. It is been announced by Marissa Mayer (Yahoo's chief) last Friday. She argues to be a contender in the web space, have to work into real life. For this reason, it is necessary that company's staff have a their "seat" in the office. Nevertheless, I have a matter:  this decision is relevant in reference to social network (e.g. chat, to work side by side, meeting new people, etc) but how will she write off fixed costs (e.g. new offices, new office furniture, more electricity etc)? and then the employees are satisfied to work at home because there aren't there some usual "office distractions" as coffee, chat with colleague, loudly talk etc, so why did Marissa Mayer make this decision ? Which will be effects of that?

The new smartphone by Galaxy is coming. You will buy it on 14 March in the Big Apple. Is this a new strategy to retake his leading competitor: e.g. Apple. According to a company Strategy Analytics (2012), Apple has sold more smartphone than Samsung' ones: that meant it sold 27.4m iPhone 5 and 17.4m iPhone 4S handsets globally in the fourth quarter, against 15.4m Galaxy S III handsets in that period, said Strategy Analytics.

The next version of Samsung's will have a large 4.9 in screen – compared to 4.8 in on its predecessor – and a camera which at 13 megapixels will outdo that and Apple's fifth iPhone.
