We have interviewed an innovative
start up, i.e. mymuesli, that it mixes and sells custom-mixed cereals online.
Mymuesli has been founded by three
younger (about 30 years) and mate entrepreneur, i.e. Hubertus Bessau, Philipp
Kraiss and Max Wittrock, in Germany
since 2007. When a day listening to a radio commercial from
a big muesli company in the area, they thought: “Maybe we can do better and we
can let people choose for themselves what's best for them”. Thus, it’s born
this wacky idea. They have winner two awards Financial Times Germany start-up
award and the Bayern Online one just born.
Their core business is made the
perfect muesli. How? Customers can choose between 75 different ingredients and can
custom their own muesli. This makes it possible to create 566 quadrillion
individual muesli mixes, and customers can even name their own blend.
This product customization is the
first element of their advantage competitive. In addiction there is selling
online and delivering directly at home.
